Here's What Nintendo Switch Looks Like In A Zero-Gravity Environment
You really can take Nintendo Switch anywhere.
The Nintendo Switch has reached new heights.
Popular YouTuber iJustine brought the hybrid console with her aboard a zero-g flight recently. It's pretty neat to see the Switch and its Joy-Cons floating around in the aircraft. Take a look:
She's not in actual space, but instead aboard a modified Boeing 727 performing parabolic maneuvers. That basically means the plane flies up very quickly and then dives sharply, providing the feeling of weightlessness for around 30 seconds at each interval.
This video was filmed in partnership with the Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence movie Passengers, which launches today, March 14, for DVD and Blu-ray.
In other news about the Switch, the console has reportedly sold 1.5 million units worldwide, almost meeting Nintendo's first-month expectations.
