The game's UK PlayStation Store entry states that it will unlock on March 3, 2017. That was the game's intended UK release date before publisher Sony announced in December 2016 that it had been brought forward by two days to March 1. That now looks to have been reversed, for digital versions at least--though it is also possible that the Store listing is simply a mistake.

Global release dates appear to be unaffected by the apparent delay: the US PlayStation Store still lists the launch date as February 28, and the Australian and European store listings state a March 1 release.

GameSpot has contacted Sony for clarification. We'll provide an update if we hear back.

Horizon: Zero Dawn was originally scheduled to release in 2016, before Sony announced a delay to 2017. Developer Guerrilla Games said at the time that the delay would afford the company "the extra time required to deliver fully on our ambitious vision for Horizon: Zero Dawn."
