TOKYO--Sony Computer Entertainment today said Hudson's upcoming PSP title, Rengoku: The Tower of Purgatory, will not make its planned December 12 launch date. The sci-fi action role-playing game has not been given a new release date. In Rengoku, gamers will play as a cyborg who has been locked inside a tower by the government. Having nothing to do but kill time, the cyborgs endlessly keep on fighting each other. However, at one point in the game, your character begins to question its existence. To prove one's worth, or maybe to escape, you decide to fight through the other cyborgs and climb to the top of the tower, which becomes your primary objective in the game.
