Eight teams total are competing, including NA LCS contender Team Dignitas, who will face off against Furious Gaming from Latin America. European LCS team Millenium will also take on Brazilian team CBN e-Sports club. It's a single elimination tournament, so one loss equals no chance at the $50,000 first prize.
IEM also released who would be announcing for the event.
