NetherRealm will announce details on Injustice 2's downloadable content "soon," studio boss Ed Boon said on Twitter today with a wonderful Conan O'Brien/Andy Richter animated GIF.

"We suspect you will like what you hear!" he teased.

In another tweet, Boon asked his followers to vote on if they'd like to Injustice 2's DLC include characters that were not in Injustice: Gods Among Us or those new to the series. The options in the vote are "Yes!" and "No! All new fighters." There was no option for a mix of the two.

This is just a Twitter poll, so whatever the results turn out to be (we'll know tomorrow), it doesn't necessarily mean much or anything about what Injustice 2 ends up doing for DLC.

Also on Twitter, Boon confirmed that Injustice 2's DLC will not included Boon himself as a playable character. "Nope," he said when someone asked about this.

In other news, Joker has been confirmed for Injustice 2's roster. You can see all the confirmed characters here.

Injustice 2's release date is slated for May 16 on PS4 and Xbox One.
