Johnny's career was instantly affected meanwhile Amber still got to play in Aquaman even after evidence was coming out against her. Gotta love the double standard. Hope that movie fails, no way am I going to see it.

Depp did drugs with Vision lol. That's kind of epic.

And this is the problem with any type of "movement" nowadays. Most people are trying to play an angle, unfortunately. Sure, there are the ones that started it, and were most likely sincere, but then you have all the scammers, liars, and frauds that jump on the bandwagon to get a piece of the collective pie.

That woman had balls saying he was a wife beater, then all the in-home video surveillance came out showing her physically assaulting him, throwing liquor bottles at his head, and mauling him like a wild beast, lol. He had them installed to document her abuse on him because of the "Me Too" movement going on, which caused more harm than good for a lot of people.

Soooo... A woman can assault a man and it's ok? Ruin his life and it's ok? Still get roles in movies (no matter how small)?

This is how you know people are bending the knee to the Twitter mobs. Regardless of the so-called "movement" most end up the same way... With the takers, taking.

As for Jack Sparrow... I always thought Depp played that role great! He had the perfect level of quirkyness about him that made it work. Wasn't his fault Disney was milking the series and didn't have good writers. The first movie was fantastic and based off a ride at Disneyland. His performance never wavered, the stories did.

Leave the series alone. It's done, finished, caput. Knowing Disney, we'll get a reboot with a trans Jacklyn Sparrow because Twitter demands it.

I enjoyed the first 3 movies though they did diminish in quality. From then on they were quite poor.

Still waiting on that backlash for Heard and her career.
Very much not holding my breath.

Let’s be honest here…the only pirates movie that was actually worth a damn was the first one. The rest of them were mediocre at best. I say just leave the series alone and let it be. It had a good run. No need to reboot it. That’s all Hollywood is these days. Sequels, reboots, remakes, prequels, spin-offs, remake the reboot and reboot the remake.

I hope they don't try and recast Jack Sparrow. That has fail written all over it. Make another Pirates movie but do it without Sparrow. It's a shame Depp is having his life ruined by a vindictive ex-wife because she can't make a decent living acting other than bit parts because she's a terrible actress. She can't find another sugar daddy because everyone knows what she's like now. Musk had to find that out the hard way as well. The fact is, the only one of the two to ever to be charged with assault is Heard. She wanted a payday and when it didn't work out, she decided to ruin his life.
