Jurassic World Evolution Is Coming To Nintendo Switch
The Complete edition of the game is available to pre-purchase now.
Jurassic World Evolution is coming to Nintendo Switch on November 3. The news was announced during the Gamescom Opening Night Live pre-show and is available to pre-purchase on the eShop right now.
Based on the 2015 Jurassic World movie, Jurassic World Evolution has players manage their own dinosaur-filled theme park. Dr. Ian Malcolm, Jeff Goldblum's iconic character from the franchise, helps the player character create several parks throughout the fictional islands where the Jurassic Park universe is set.
The game originally launched in 2018 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The Complete edition for Nintendo Switch will include all DLC packs and updates, including the Secrets of Dr. Wu and Return to Jurassic Park packs.
"If there's one word that could easily describe Jurassic World Evolution, it's 'faithful,' said James Swinbanks in GameSpot's Jurassic World Evolution review. "Taking control of a ranger behind the wheel of a Jeep in the rain and sidling up to a pack of socializing Stegosaurus is as epic as it sounds and is a definite highlight, as is releasing a newly recovered species into your park. Despite the campaign stumbling over itself and losing focus towards the end, Evolution captures the essence of Jurassic Park while being a good park management sim in its own right."
