Kim Kardashian: Hollywood Gets a Follow-Up Starring Kendall & Kylie Jenner

Have you ever wanted to be friends with Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but you aren't even cool enough to meet them--just me? Well, if that's something that does interest you, you can download Kendall & Kylie, a game where you try to go viral and earn an online fanbase.

Glu Mobile launched Kendall & Kylie on the Google Play and Apple App Store today. You can download it for free, but there are quite a few in-app purchases that let you buy things like in-game currency and clothes.

The game has you create a character before moving to Santa Monica in pursuit of meeting Kendall and Kylie Jenner and becoming Internet famous. It mostly consists of tapping on things in the environment to complete quests and gain followers on social media, while making decisions in conversations to influence the story.

The game is a portrait-style game, as opposed to the mobile company's other game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, where you have to hold your phone sideways. Glu CEO Niccolo de Masi spoke today at the 2016 Dice Summit and said there's no cannibalization between the two games because of their different demographics--the Jenner sisters appeal to a younger demographic than Kim. He also mentioned that Kendall & Kylie is currently the number one free app.

"Believe it or not... we haven't spent any [user acquisition] dollars," de Masi announced. "This has been entirely driven by 150 million social followers."

The Jenner/Kardashian family aren't the only ones getting their own video games. It was also recently announced that Grammy-winning artist Taylor Swift would also be getting her own game from the same studio, Glu Mobile.
