Kylotonn cuts ties with Digital Jesters
Bet on Soldier developer terminates agreement with publisher, cites multiple breaches of contract, nonpayment as reasons for walking.
Bet on Soldier developer Kylotonn is done with publishing partner Digital Jesters, the company announced today. Alleging that Digital Jesters "has committed a series of breaches of contract," including not paying the French developer, Kylotonn has terminated its contract with the company.
However, this news doesn't necessarily make a bet on the Bet on Soldier franchise's future a longshot. According to Kylotonn, the company is retaining ownership of the game, and hopes to soon announce a new distribution agreement for the title.
