Lara Croft Go Gets Free Expansion
You can play the original game with others on Twitch right now.
Mobile tomb raiding adventure Lara Croft Go is getting a free expansion this Thanksgiving. The update is called The Shard of Life and will see Lara traversing across 26 levels in search of the titular shard on iOS and Android devices.

Along with the set of levels, the update will include new monsters, costumes, artifacts, and gemstones.
Square Enix Montreal announced that in celebration of this new content, Lara Croft Go will be 40% off on the App Store, Google Play Store, and Windows Marketplace. They've also launched a week-long streaming event on Twitch, where players can work together to complete the original Lara Croft Go and discover The Shard of Life content in a similar fashion to how Twitch played Pokemon last year.
This isn't the only time players could influence a Tomb Raider game through Twitch. Rise of the Tomb Raider players who stream the Expedition mode can have viewers influence the gameplay on the fly. GameSpot's review of Rise of the Tomb Raider gave Lara's most recent adventure a 9 and you'll be able to see her on the silver screen soon as the Tomb Raider movie reboot may have gotten a new director.
