League of Legends 2014 World Championship Viewer Numbers (Infograph)
Riot has announced the viewership numbers for its 2014 World Championships across Taiwan, Singapore, and South Korea.
This article was originally published on GameSpot's sister site onGamers.com, which was dedicated to esports coverage.
The above infograph represents numbers released today by Riot Games regarding its 2014 World Championships which wrapped up a month ago in Seoul, Korea. Notable figures include longer viewer engagement, higher peak concurrent viewership during the Finals, and lower total unique Final viewership.
Riot has additionally clarified with onGamers that the "cumulative daily unique impressions" are strictly from live, and do not include rebroadcasts and that the "total hours watched" and the view time figures around the Finals are also taken directly from online channels. All other figures represent all sources of viewership, online and televised, across all languages and official broadcasts.
