[UPDATE]: Warner Bros. has now officially announced Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It launches on June 28 for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, 3DS, and PC.
The game is set between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens and will provide "additional insight" about The Force Awakens and its characters, according to Warner Bros. Playable characters include Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO, BB-8, Kylo Ren, General Hux, Captain Phasma.
Some of the game's locations include Jakku and the Starkiller Base.
Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens also includes "brand new gameplay mechanics," including what Warner Bros. is calling the "Multi-Builds" system that lets players pick from multiple building options.
"Gamers will be able to engage in intense new Blaster Battles for the first time, utilizing surrounding environments to drive back the First Order," the publisher said. "Fans can also experience the thrill of high-speed flight gameplay through arena-based battles and dogfights in space, while utilizing a multitude of vehicles along the way, including the legendary Millennium Falcon."

The original story is below.
UK studio TT Games is developing a Lego title based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which will launch on June 28, according to a leaked listing on Xbox.com. While early product listings are generally to be treated with some skepticism, Microsoft's website has included numerous screenshots and details on the games.

The game will bridge the gap between Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens. Naturally, the iconic cast of characters from both films will feature in the game.
The Xbox description reads: "The Force is strong with this one ... The No. 1 Lego video game franchise triumphantly returns with a fun-filled, humorous journey based on the blockbuster Star Wars film. Play as Rey, Finn, Poe, BB-8, Kylo Ren, Han Solo, and the rest of your favorite characters from the movie.
"In Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens, players relive the epic action from the blockbuster film Star Wars: The Force Awakens, retold through the clever and witty Lego lens. The game will also feature exclusive playable content that bridges the story gap between Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
It continues: "Star Wars: The Force Awakens also introduces Multi-Builds and Blaster Battles to the LEGO video game universe. With Multi-Builds, use available LEGO bricks to open up new paths, then break them apart and re-build them again to open up another! And another! During Blaster Battles, use your surroundings as cover to stand against the First Order."
The last Lego-based game to be released was Marvel's Avengers, which launched on January 26. In its debut week, it reached the top of the UK chart, knocking Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 down into second position.
