A series of new images from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild have come online--and they are pretty spectacular. Posted by Game Informer as part of its March cover story on the game, the images show off things like a fierce-looking lightning storm, enemies that populate the world, and bosses. One of the images shows the merchant Beedle, who returns from The Wind Waker.

Game Informer has some new details, too, such as the fact that Link can get struck by lightning. It's good idea, then, to remove metal weapons and items when a storm rolls in.

Breath of the Wild comes out on March 3 as a launch title for the Nintendo Switch. The game is also coming to the Wii U on the same day--it is potentially the last first-party game for the console.

In other Breath of the Wild news, a new report talks about if we'll see Link's famous horse, Epona, in the game. Additionally, preorders are now open for some adorable Link figures based on his appearance in Breath of the Wild--check them out here. On top of that, Nintendo aired a Switch trailer during Super Bowl LI that featured Breath of the Wild prominently, while a new video that came online today shows off the game's gorgeous environments and dramatic action sequences.

Finally, Zelda creator Shigeru Miyamoto and producer Eiji Aonuma recently answered 51 rapid-fire questions about the game like whether or not he can eat his horse if he gets hungry enough.
