Tourism's on the decline in Ijincho, so what's the best solution? Lightweight Kappa statues to draw in visitors to the Yokohama district, and possibly a few other delinquents as well. In Lost Judgment, one civil servant's grand plan to revitalize the area has gone awry, and it's up to private eye Takayuki Yagami to track down seven of the Kappa statues that have gone missing. Here's where you can find each one.

We've got even more Lost Judgment coverage to help you find your way in Ijincho. Check out our guides for quickly earning SP and making money fast, and our rundown of how to complete the Dastardly Detective case. You can also read our Lost Judgment review.

You'll have to chase him down, as the fitness fanatic is convinced that the foam statue has given him super-strength and so he has decided to incorporate it into his exercise program. Catch up and talk some sense into him, and you'll have saved a second statue from a life of Crossfit torment.

Help him reel in his prey, and you'll find out that he hooked one of the missing Kappa statues instead of a big fish. Thankfully, he's entirely uninterested in taking home a foam statue and mounting it above his fireplace, so the catch of the day is all yours. Three Kappa statues down, four more to go.

You'll have to listen to the conversation in its entirety, but once you do, head over to Benten Pawn on Misaki street, where you can purchase the missing Kappa statue for cheap.
