Lost Planet, Assault Heroes follow-ups rated

Woa... they could've done better advertising the sequal to lost planet. This is the first time ive heard about it, awesome I loved the first one. I can't wait for that but ive never tried assault troopers so im not really looking forward to that. LOST PLANET COLONIES WOOT!

I liked lost planet, but I loved Dead Rising. As soon as the second one comes out, it's mine.

So.... the PS3 port of Lost Planet should be out soon? I figure you just do that, and have Lost Planet 2 release on all three platforms, same day, same stuff, in a year or two. Staggered release dates suck. I wouldn't expect Capcom to bring out a Lost Planet sequel too soon, since they have so many other high quality games coming out. Well DMC4 just came out, and that new game Dark Void is scheduled for a Q4 release this year. Plus, you have RE5, Street Fighter IV, and Bionic Commando all coming this year or next. AND, Dead Rising hit in August 2006, well before Lost Planet, which came out in January 2007. So Dead Rising 2 "should" hit before Lost Planet 2.

Well, what ever happens I hope they stay true to the online experience because thats awesome. But I do have to admit, the campaign itself was for the most part, mediocre but had alot of potential. Espescially if they stay intune with its current storyline and build on it, just make it better, heaps better!

I liked the first Lost Planet. Still need to finish that game. A sequel for it would be nice. I heard Arkadian Warriors was a decent game. I need to check that one out when I have a chance.

I will check it out more before I decide.

I might check out lost planet. I should be able to get it for chump change now.

They might want to fix the 1st Assault Heroes online mode it never dam works instead of bragging about a new sequel.

Why the big hype on a game that has nothing but good graphics? I mean the action in Lost Planet was so repetitive and boring!

A while ago I heard they might make a Lost Planet RTS...i wonder if this is it.

ANOTHER LOST PLANET !?!?! I had know idea they were making another lost planet, that will be cool I enjoyed the first one,multiplayer sucked but the campaign was really good

please dont flame people. the game is pretty good although review overhyped it. i dont care if ninja gaiden sigma is a remake of the xbox golden gem, cause it is such a great game. Some people don't mind playing a game that is old. many great games are always ported. The ps3 also has many great games. I agree that most are ports but the ps3 came out after so that is obvious. the original xbox had many ports of ps2 games also until later when the ps2 versions were mainly ports of xbox games.

How much would you want to bet that Lost Planet becomes the current gen version of Mega Man. Money has it the game will launch with the same crappy game play the last one had. I played the first Lost Planet and enjoyed it, but if the next game doesn't have a new engine....I don't know how interested I am.

I totally forgot that the Lost Planet PS3 wasn't even out yet. Wow, that's a long port.

OK louzero , before the fanboys start going crazy, im gonna say something. To say the PS3 has no games is just ignorant. I mean have you actually looked at the games. Has all the good games save gears and halo. I wouldn't say it has many outstanding games, but it has a ton of great games. I do agree that they need some more exclusives, but to say that it has no games at all is just dumb. Now the sony fanboy's can start the incoherent flaming

This is the best part of the ESRB. I just wish they could break news about something bigger every once and a while.

Hopefully Lost Planet Colonies will have a better story than the first one. Dont get me wrong, I love Lost planet, but the story had some weird plot points that were hard to follow the first time I played it through. Itd be nice to see some new multiplayer modes as well.

I liked Lost Planet, although I hope you get to play as more than Wayne, because Wayne was kinda pointless.

I hope Capcom makes a game that only focus's on the mech part of Lost Planet, because that was the funnest part of the game.

Assault Heroes remains one of my favorite Live Arcade games. I'm glad to see it's getting a sequel!

Wow! Really......you mean.....people care about this? Good for Fony and their BS3 for having to scoop up games that were not all that good to begin with. Hey as long as they are pickikng up crummy over rated 360 games I say we find a way to put Halo on BS3 so they can both just die.

A sequel to LP but not Dead Rising? This is bull****. DR was the better game and more deserving of a sequel.

yay new lost planet hope its optimised properly on PC loved the first one multiplayer was amazing

I hope Capcom'd improved on gameplay, a bit more action-oriented (original game's really cool, but lacked some more action-gameplay and better sound)
