Mafia 3's Intense Story Trailer Features Cage Fighting, Police Chases

A story trailer for Mafia III has been released by 2K, and it shows us a bit of protagonist Lincoln Clay's path of revenge, cage fighting, and police chases. It's full of powerful imagery and action, and you can check it out for yourself in the embed above.

After surviving an attack on the black mob, Clay starts a war to take out mafia boss Sal Marcano. The game is set in New Bordeaux, a fictional city based on New Orleans, Louisiana.

We recently learned more about Mafia III's criminal rackets, and they sound similar to Shadow of Mordor's Nemesis system. Each racket has its own missions, boss, and enforcers, and taking out those enforcers makes the racket's final encounter easier. Additionally, shaking down lower-ranking bad guys can get you information.
