Mafia confirmed for the PS2

The official UK PlayStation 2 site is reporting that Mafia has been confirmed for the PlayStation 2. Mafia, which is somewhat similar to Grand Theft Auto III, takes place in the massive 1930s-era city known as Lost Heaven and puts players in the role Tommy, a cab driver who is working his way into the wealthy Salieri crime family. There are 20 missions in the PC version of the game, but it's not currently known if that number will change for the PlayStation 2 version.
