Mass Effect: Andromeda's $200 Remote-Control Nomad Vehicle Leaked
The RC car features working lights and a camera.
Alongside some other retailer leaks surrounding Mass Effect: Andromeda today, we've now gotten a look at several collector's items that BioWare may announce later today. Suffice it to say, the company apparently thinks you'll like Andromeda's signature vehicle a lot more than the Mako.

Most notable is the collector's edition remote-control Nomad ND1. This is a 1:18 scale replica of the new Nomad vehicle you'll drive in Andromeda. It comes equipped with a camera and can be driven using a mobile app over Wi-Fi Direct. It features working LEDs, front and rear steering, and a rechargeable battery (charged via USB). It's produced by accessory maker PDP and carries a $200 price tag.
Despite being referred to as a collector's edition item, it does not come with a copy of Andromeda. It does, however, include a "limited edition" steelbook case to house the game, letting you pair this with a copy of Andromeda. Amazon's listing (via Wario64) only includes a placeholder release date of December 31, 2017. The page also has a brief video where you can watch the toy in action.
If you're a fan of the Nomad but are looking for something cheaper (or less capable of invading someone's privacy), two other options have also surfaced on Amazon. PDP will also produce a $100 version that is not remote-controlled. It does have a pop-up drone and a control panel that lights up (powered by AA batteries), and it, too, comes with a steelbook but not the game.

Finally, there's a $10 mini diecast that serves as a 1:64 scale model of the Nomad. It doesn't come with any other goodies, according to the listing.
