Comments

EA Sports has announced that Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick will be the cover athlete for Madden NFL 2004. Vick set four NFL records in the 2002 NFL season, including most rushing yards in a single game by a quarterback. He was also voted to the Pro Bowl as a starter.

"What an honor to be on the cover of the best NFL franchise, Madden NFL 2004," said Vick. "This is the game that everyone wants to be associated with at some point in their NFL career, and I am excited that my opportunity has come so early in my career. I have always been a Madden NFL football fan, and I'm excited to be working with EA Sports on my favorite game."

Madden NFL 2004 is currently in development for the GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC. We'll have more on the game from E3.
