Michelle Rodriguez Explains Why She Might Quit Fast & Furious Series

I can get behind this. It's time to get a female lead with her in this franchise. All they have to do is kidnap Dom and put her in charge to rescue him. Or maybe show a secondary version of her life to the followup of the first movie. As long we get more hot chicks and tons of action. **** it. Give the girl what she wants.

The main bad guy was a girl in F8....right? Lol so how did the ladies not get love. F7 had Rhonda and her fighting...yea sounds like money.

Really, This movie series that allowed you to be a bad ass...... come back from the dead to be a villain and then back to the good guys all while being depicted as a powerful kick ass female that can also drive just as well as any man in the movie. How have you not been shown love. In this male dominated series your character has always stood out and been a major part of the F&F. So when she says love she must be talking money.

Oh dear ! Hmmm maybe in the Next 2 Movies have ALL The Girls Nude in the opening scene?

This doesn't make sense to me. Either she wants more money or has had a sip of the feminist kool-aid.

Quit and do what? Gal's character died and became wonder woman...natalie is a game of thrones regular. Have several seats Michelle.

This means one of two things to me:

She is trying to gain a larger salary for future movies.

Or

She is becoming completely absorbed with feminism and thinks she can introduce feminism into fictional worlds and realities in which it doesn't belong.

Either way she needs to pull her head out of the sand and realise how lucky she is to be a Hollywood actress compared to the rest of society who have to work hard and need some form of escapism (such as Fast and Furious if that's your thing) to get away from the real world.

Her issue aside, the creators themselves should take a break and get some fresh ideas, or just end the series. Like with the Transformers, can these movies get any more retarded?

What will she do after she quits FAF series? It's not like she gets the chance to act in any other movies. She will probably be broke after she quits.

They killed off one of the ladies last movie, and with Paul Walker gone there's not as much reason to have Jordana Brewster around. On the other hand, they picked up Game of Thrones and apparently made her a regular part of the crew. Plus, Michelle Rodriguez's character is basically being promoted to the number two spot that Paul left open. AND the villain was a lady last time, and she's probably going to be the villain again. So I'm not sure the ladies in Fast & Furious are are really hurting all that badly. They've certain come a long way since the third film. : \

Maybe Dom has a second, secret sister, who is also Zarya, or something. They could bring back Gina Carano and have her do a Russian accent.

So, she's upset because a film series that is 99% testosterone isn't focusing on female characters... Kinda like complaining that romantic comedies don't have enough explosions...
