Microsoft closes doors on XO3
Closing day award ceremony tags Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3, Fable, and Ninja Gaiden as standouts.
Microsoft's lavish XO3 promotional event, held this year in the elegant beach town of Juan-les-Pins, France, has officially closed its doors.
The game and console maker made note today of its X03 Game of the Show awards, an inaugural awards ceremony designed to focus media attention on some of the more deserving Xbox titles on display at the event.
Games which walked away with awards included Game of Show winner Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3, from publisher Ubisoft; Fable, from Lionhead Studios, which was awarded the X03 Innovation Award; and Tecmo's Ninja Gaiden, which was awarded the Technical Achievement Award.
