All Windows devices will be supported, regardless of where they were purchased.

The store will offer an assortment of Microsoft products for sale including Xbox One consoles and accessories. An Answer Desk is also featured, where customers can bring in any Microsoft device for repair or troubleshooting, regardless of where it was purchased. This service also covers Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles.
In addition to selling Xbox One consoles, accessories, and games, the Sydney Microsoft flagship store will also stock Alienware's gaming-focused PCs and Minecraft-themed merchandise. Customers can enter the store to get hands on with the hardware and accessories prior to making a purchase. Customers can also use the store's Community Theatre to learn how to use Microsoft products from staff.
The Xbox One will be getting a new dashboard update on November 12, which will overhaul the guide, snap feature, and makes accessing content on the Xbox One store much easier. It will also introduce backwards compatibility for a select number of Xbox 360 games.
