Microsoft's Siri-like Cortana service doesn't talk to kids

Also, that kid is already in the database. He has been for quite a while. Same with you, me, and everyone else. There are probably a dozen other sites monitoring you on this page right now.

A child with a Microsoft account cannot use Cortana, but that doesn't stop a child from using their parent's phone. The app is being limited by a third party, that being COPPA.
