Might and Magic for the PlayStation2
Imagineer announces a new installment in the Might and Magic series for the Sony PlayStation2.
Imagineer on Wednesday announced that it will be releasing Might and Magic for the Sony PlayStation2 in Japan. The new game is apparently being developed by 3DO, and Imagineer has been granted the publishing rights for the Japanese market. When contacted, a 3DO spokesperson stated, "We don't know anything about it."
Imagineer has also announced other PlayStation2 titles that the company intends to release in Japan: Typhoon, Aquaqua, and Rally Hard.
Aquaqua is expected for a summer release, Might and Magic and Rally Hard for winter a release, and Typhoon for a 2001 release. Expect additional details on these titles to surface at next week's Tokyo Game Show.
