@nelshrig To buy the actual PC game you have to go to the Minecraft website. As far as I know there is no other way besides the app store for the iphone version.

can someone please tell me where i can actually buy this game besides the app store.

I got excited when i first heard about it, but after looking at the picture it looks like they're just giving you the same legos you already have...

You guys mess around with this for another six months and release them late summer, and no one will be interested anymore. Miss the "interest window" and sales go to the crapper.

You can put them on your coffee table to impress/confuse the ladies ;)

I'm more pumped for Lego LOTR.

Man, lego's are such a rip-off of minecraft.

Step 1: Take any old box of Legos Step 2: Slap minecraft sticker on it Step 3: Sell it as "Minecraft Legos!!!!!111" Step 4: ???? Step 5: PROFIT

Because it's a project for LEGO. :lol: Minecraft's aesthetics wouldn't be giving that toy-maker much trouble. :P

Lego 3D is a really short-sighted name for Minecraft, but ignorance comes naturally to a lot of people, so it's almost excusable in this instance. Almost.

Seems to me they could just sell a freestyle box full of squares with some stickers.. Bu then devious kids might use them to build something not envisioned by Lego's set designers.. So I guess they'd have to come painted from the factory.

I thought the point of the game was that it was like a Lego world you could build and run around properly in 3D... just building it in Lego sounds like a step in the wrong direction.

but isnt minecraft basically already legos? not it wouldnt be cool to own it, being a lego fan myself.

:o , was my first reaction, I love legos and would love to have a little lego creeper... heh heh; I might have to just pick up a few peices of this set, sweet. @Taix34 most likely they will be lego figures, ;) Edit update: Actually now that I think of what you meant, they may do both, Creeper figures and buildable creepers, both would be sweet.
