MK: Tournament Edition ships

Midway has announced that Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition for the Game Boy Advance has been shipped to retailers in North America. The game features new GBA link cable features, including four-player tournaments and a tag-team mode. In addition, there is a race to Raiden mode where the goal is to become the first player to win as Raiden. Lastly, the arcade mode lets players place bets on link-cable battles. There are also new characters, new backgrounds, and improved player statistics.
