Microsoft spokesperson Larry 'Major Nelson' Hryb has said the company is looking at making the pricing for its Xbox One downloads more competitive
Hryb took to Reddit (via Eurogamer) to some talk to some frustrated Xbox One owners. The disgruntlement was borne out of those looking to purchase Titanfall digitally being unable to take advantage of a $10 off deal available at some US retailers for physical copies of the game.
"We are way aware of this and many of the concerns of the community - we have some great stuff planned for Xbox One this year (and beyond.) As soon as we can share some of the goodness...we will," he said.
"Is indeed on the agenda," said Hryb when asked whether Microsoft would be looking at making their digital pricing more competitive.
Xbox One users also asked for more clarity on when Microsoft's Games with Gold scheme would reach the Xbox One, the option to preorder digital games, and the ability to buy Xbox One download codes from other retailers, but these questions were not answered directly.
Microsoft launched the Xbox One back in November, and announced this week that it had shipped 3.9 million machines to retailers before the end of 2013.
