More Free Xbox One and Xbox 360 Games Now Available

Sunset Overdrive and Saints Row IV join the Games With Gold program.

The next batch of free Xbox One and Xbox 360 games have arrived on Xbox Live for Gold members. Users with a subscription can now pick up Sunset Overdrive (Xbox One) and Saints Row IV (Xbox 360).

No Caption Provided

Note that Saints Row IV is playable on Xbox One by way of backwards compatibility, so even if you don't have an Xbox 360, you still may want to download the game.

You can grab the games right now using these Xbox.com download links:

Sunset Overdrive and Saints Row IV replace Lords of the Fallen and Dead Space, which were free up until April 15. Below is the full Games With Gold lineup for April 2016.

@brimmul777: Arguably the most fun you can have in a game this gen if you appreciate fast-paced combo games mixed with parkour. It's not a game for casuals as it demands that you are always on the move. It also has an insane amount of different weapons and abilities to unlock, as well as lots of fourth wall humor. If you are the type of person that enjoys stylish action games (similar to the stuff that Platinum Games makes), then you will enjoy it.

I'm actually tempted to get a Gold subscription for Sunset Overdrive... and I'll finally be able to play Halo 5 again... but I have such a hard time paying to play my games online, it just feels so slimy.

I'll never get rid of my 360 so many great games that will never make it over to Xbox One. Especially obscure under the radar games!! :-) Ot would take about 30 years to get even half the library emulated...at th slow rate they are going.

Xbox is killing it right now. So many games to play these days.

The cool thing is that even though you need an active Gold subscription for X1 games, all of their Games with Gold 360 games I get to own outright (no active Gold needed to keep playing) and play them on my X1.

Also since I have a 4TB external hard drive hooked up I just download every free game they put out without worrying about hard drive space.

Played Sunset Overdrive yesterday for the first time and I can't believe I overlooked such an amazing game. It's easily one of the best games out this gen and if they ever make a SO2 I will be buying it straight away

IMO, Saints Rows IV is not what the original series was supposed to be...

They were supposed to be a regular street gang doing regular street gang stuff

Now they end up fighting off an alien invasion and being president of the United States, how did this happen..

At least Sunset Overdrive is a decent choice for once (Wolf Among Us too, from what I've played so far). Any game with an achievement called "The Floor Is Lava" won me over from the start. And the respawn animations are an 80s kid's dream come true.
