Mutant League Football returns on Kickstarter

I really hope this falls through despite what people are saying. I've always been a fan of the Mutant League games way back in the day. Would be nice to have something old re-emerge.

Uninspired and not very rewarding 'exclusive rewards' and no 20 and 25 dollar tier. Biggest crotch, no PC support despite using a PC oriented model such as Kickstarter. If you were going to copy Inafune's design of his Kickstarter, you could of tried copting his rewards for player support.

Sweet, but I don't like side view football. I prefer classic Madden style.

I'd like to see a Kickstarter for NFL 2K to come back already. Tired of Madden being the only option.

I dont know its asking for a lot of money and 30 dollars to get the game? Kind of pricey.

Ever since they started doing HD versions of games and remakes this and mutant league hockey have been on my wishlist. Really hope this works out. There was nothing like winning a game with a few seconds left cause you just killed the last player on the opposing team.

I hope this happens a remake could be really good. Im not sure though how many fans it still has

I still have my Mutant League game. I used to love playing on the field and jumping over the gaps on the sideline and watching my opponents get sucked into the void of space. Now we just need an Arch Rivals kickstarter and I'll be happy.

No mention of a PS3 version anywhere...guess I'll wait for somebody to come up with a Toxic Crusaders Kickstarter instead.

In my opinion they requested by far too much money for this KS to be successful, but we shall see, I suppose.

I LOOOOOOVED this game back on the genesis.

My whole family were huge football fans and I never really was into it as a kid, I'd want to watch cartoons while they'd watch football and bore me to death so when I got this game and played it I found it 10x more hilarious because at the time I didn't even like football and it was so much fun.

I remember when this series was big enough to have a Saturday Morning Cartoon. Now it's been reduced to this.

ML football, and ML hockey were both awesome, I'm all for this.

Keep the sound effects and digitized voices and I'm in.

Mutant League Football was really good, I hate sports games but if this came to PS3 or PS4 I'd buy it.....simply because it's different.....

This was the best football game at the time of the Genesis and SNES. NFL Blitz was/is my all-time favorite. Now if we could just get out of the "madden" curse...

I'd fund it if it was hockey. Idn the football one just seemed too buggy or idn just didnt feel right. But I'd play mutant league hockey for hours

awww sweet, lots of great memories playing the original as a kid. i enjoyed a great deal more than madden or tecmo bowl way back in the day. i always played as the all xeno team. nothing like a nerdgasm second thing in the morning!!!!
