The 200,000-plus players of the Dark Age of Camelot will soon be able to get their feet wet. Mythic Entertainment announced today that Trials of Atlantis, the new expansion pack for its massive-multiplayer online game, has set sail for stores.

While Dark Age of Camelot and its original expansion pack, Shrouded Isles, took place on land, Atlantis will head below the waves to the fabled undersea realm. The expansion will add three new races, numerous monsters, and over 20 zones--half of which are set underwater--to the game. Trials of Atlantis will also include a special advanced setting for high-level players.

Dark Age of Camelot: Trials of Atlantis is rated "T" for Teen and carries an MSRP of $29.99. The game requires the original Dark Age of Camelot as well as the Shrouded Isles expansion--both of which will be bundled in an upcoming Gold Edition--to play.
