New Co-Op Game Surprise-Releases On Xbox Game Pass
Moving Out is moving in to PC and consoles today, and if you're a Game Pass subscriber, you can play it right now at no additional charge.
The wild co-op physics game Moving Out releases today across multiple platforms, but Xbox One packs a little surprise for Game Pass subscribers. The game is included in the subscription service, which comes as a surprise seeing as Microsoft hadn't mentioned it was coming as part of the lineup.
The announcement came in a tweet from Larry Hryb, aka Major Nelson, with a link to the game page. The moving simulator from Team17 has caught attention since it debuted in February, looking similar to the popular party game Overcooked.
Microsoft announced a new slew of games coming to Game Pass just a week ago, seeming to outline the rest of the April slate. That included games like Gato Roboto, Deliver Us The Moon, Hyperdot, and Levelhead. But Moving Out wasn't mentioned in that announcement. The first-party game Gears Tactics is out today on PC, and is included in the PC version of the service.

That wasn't the only surprise Game Pass announcement recently. Microsoft also recently announced Red Dead Redemption 2, the western epic from Rockstar, is coming on May 7. That will take the place of Rockstar's other massive open-world game, Grand Theft Auto 5, which will rotate out on that date.
