Injustice 2 developer NetherRealm today posted a tutorial video for the newly confirmed fighter Black Canary. Narrated by community manager Tyler Lansdown, the video goes over Black Canary's moves and explains that she is highly skilled in close-quarter combat.

"As a judo expert, Black Canary has many holds and grabs," Lansdown said.

Black Canary also can make use of a handspring to get out of the way of projectiles that might be coming her way. Some of her special moves include "Canary Cry," which emits an "ear-shattering" scream, and her ultra-powerful "Sonic Scream," which looks extremely devastating.

This isn't the first new Injustice 2 video this week, as NetherRealm already showed off female fighters Cheetah, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and Black Canary. Another new video this week revealed gameplay footage of the newly confirmed character Swamp Thing.

Injustice 2 launches for PS4 and Xbox One on May 16. You may not have to wait that long to play, however, as a closed beta is going on right now. This beta just recently added Black Canary to its playable roster.

Other confirmed playable characters for Injustice 2 so far include Batman, Blue Beetle, The Flash, Harley Quinn, Superman, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Deadshot, Gorilla Grodd, Aquaman, Robin, and Atrocitus. NetherRealm's Ed Boon has said the game will feature obscure characters.

In other news, an Injustice 2 mobile game has been announced.
