New media: Extreme-G3

While there are no new gameplay details available as of yet, Acclaim has sent us a few new screenshots from its futuristic motorcycle racing game Extreme-G 3. The fast-paced racing series has been exclusive to the N64 thus far, but now it's headed to the Sony PlayStation 2 and the Nintendo GameCube. The new screenshots, from the PS2 version, show some off the twisting tracks and the futuristic racers from the game. Futuristic cities, underwater tunnels, and organic environments are all featured in the game. Extreme-G 3 is currently scheduled for release in August and is being published by Acclaim. We'll have further details as the game's release approaches.
