New Media: Super Monkey Ball
See new shots of Sega's first GameCube game.
Amusement Vision has released today new shots of Super Monkey Ball on its website. The game--which will mark Sega's first effort on Nintendo's GameCube--is highly reminiscent of the arcade classic Marble Madness, save for one key deviation: rather than leading a sphere through a set of hazards, you actually manipulate the environment in a manner that moves the sphere in the direction you want it to go. Also, in the case of Super Monkey Ball, the marble is replaced by a monkey within a glass sphere.
Super Monkey is set to ship with the GameCube this November. We'll have more information as soon as it becomes available. Till then, check out our
