New media: Time Crisis 2

As GameSpot originally reported, Namco will release an updated version of the shooting game Time Crisis 2 for the Sony PlayStation 2. Time Crisis 2 was unveiled in playable form at E3, and now the company has released several new screenshots from the game. A port of the original arcade game, Time Crisis 2 will include all of the arcade levels and several new ones designed specifically for the PlayStation 2. A two-player split-screen mode and several bonus modes are also included in the game. Time Crisis 2 will be released for the PlayStation 2 in Q3 2001 and will support Namco's USB-compatible GunCon 2 light-gun peripheral.
