New Nintendo Switch Controller Info and More Revealed During Livestream [UPDATE: IT'S OVER]

I do not know, $300 for a: small screen 6.2", low res screen, and low end powerful tablet (not even considered moderately powerful) and that so far will not support android, windows apps or games, no word on apps like Netflix, hulu etc.

I mean the 10" windows tablet i take a shit with only cost $150 and it does everything and is brutally fast with a high end screen and hdmi out port. It came with i think 64gb of memory and is easily upgraded via cards.

I love Nintendo games, but I still want my money's worth.

Arms has sort of a Powerstone meets Punchout vibe going on. I kinda like like that.

The Switch so far has been a rollercoaster, but one that ends in disappointment. Lemme explain.

I think they nailed the first reveal trailer. It was fantastic marketing, all they really needed was games to go with it.

Then, the event that just happened. I was already excited for it, but when it started and I saw that big stage, my expectations skyrocketed even more. It was almost like a live E3 conference, as it should be for a console reveal.

At this point, I was thinking like, this is it - they're finally gonna unveil everything about the system and all the games they've been working on!

But then... oh dear. They showed us motion-controlled party games, like the worst of the Wii era. They gave us a Wii U port of MK8 and acted like it was a big deal, and then what looked like an enhanced port of Splatoon, that they're trying to sell as a sequel. Not to mention, PAID ONLINE.

Then suddenly, Mario Odyssey. Yes. Finally, a proper sequel to Mario 64 and Sunshine. It looks amazing. Hype was building back up.

There was Xenoblade 2, and while it looked alright (?), I haven't played the first one and XCX was not for me (singleplayer MMO gameplay). Indifferent about this one.

But then they teased a small handful of games and it's like... those games are NOT gonna come out anytime soon if you can't even show us anything substantial. I was expecting a full, new HD Fire Emblem to get announced, and I thought it was happening, but it ended up being a Warriors game (which, to be fair, could be good... but it's a "filler" kinda game, and we've just had like 2-3 years of mostly filler on Wii U).

What's Retro Studios working on? Intelligent Systems? Next-Level Games? Camelot? Where's Mother 3? Pokémon Stars? All the VC GameCube games? Nintendo please, open your eyes!

I'm not expecting anything new from this stream and yet I'll still watch it. I don't know when to give up..

how does the tablet charge ? i hope it standard microusb and not some nintendo crap charger
