The arrival of November might mean an entire year until the next Halloween, but for fright fans getting withdrawal symptoms, Shudder has plenty of spooky content to keep the party going. Next month is packed with movie exclusives, great TV shows, and classic catalog horror.

Shudder's latest batch of new movies kicks off on November 4 with Dead & Beautiful, a stylish vampire film about five rich Taiwanese girls who develop a taste for blood after a wild night out. That's followed a week later by Great White, which focuses on a group of tourists who must survive in shark-infested waters after their plane crashes.

On November 19, the great Nicolas Cage teams up with maverick Japanese director Sion Sono for the wild post-apocalyptic thriller Prisoners of the Ghostland. The month rounds off with The Strings on November 23, an atmospheric chiller in which a writer finds herself dealing with strange supernatural occurrences in an abandoned farmhouse.

In terms of small-screen shocks, new episodes of Shudder's hugely entertaining reality show The Boulet Brothers Dragula arrive each Thursday, as ten drag artists compete in a variety of horror-themed challenges to win a $100,000 prize. The fascinating documentary series Behind the Monsters also continues, with the likes of Candyman, Chucky, Michael Myers, and Freddy Krueger coming under the spotlight.

There's plenty of older genre gems hitting Shudder in November too. Highlights include the creepy '70s British folk horror Blood on Satan's Claw, slasher favorite Prom Night and its oddball sequel Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II, the disturbing Japanese thriller The World of Kanako, Ben Wheatley's brilliant hitman horror Kill List, Ozploitation classic Wake in Fright, and the still-harrowing Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer.
