New screens: Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Electronic Arts has released several new screenshots from Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the Xbox. Players will assume the role of Buffy as she tries to rescue her friends from various monsters ranging from zombies to vampires. She'll have access to plenty of weapons in the form of rakes and shovels that can be broken in two and used as stakes. Certain weapons, like holy water and crossbows, can even be combined with each other to create even more powerful attacks. If there aren't any weapons lying around, players can throw vampires and other creatures into sharp environmental objects.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer is scheduled for release in March.
