New screens: Legion
Slitherine releases a new group of screenshots from its upcoming strategy game set in Roman times.
UK-based game developer Slitherine Software sent us some new screenshots from its upcoming strategy game, Legion. The game is set in ancient Rome, and it will let players command armies on both strategic and tactical levels. It will include more than 20 factions based on nations that existed during that era, and the game's maps and 3D battlefields will reflect historical data. In addition to strategic and tactical combat, the game will involve other traditional strategy game elements including diplomacy, economics, base building, and resource management. The game engine will support up to 1,000 units on a single battlefield, and the unit models will feature historical uniforms and weapons.
For more information, visit the official Slitherine Software Web site. No publisher or release date has been announced for the game.
