New Screens: MechCommander 2

Microsoft dropped by the GameSpot offices today with the final version of its BattleTech real-time strategy game, MechCommander 2. The game features full 3D environments, and the variation in terrain lets players gain strategic advantages on the map by placing mechs on top of hills or in areas that are generally difficult to reach through traditional means. Players can obtain new mechs by capturing and repairing enemy mechs that are disabled on the battlefield.
