New Shots: Project Eden

Eidos has released a batch of new screenshots from Project Eden, a sci-fi action game developed by Core Design. The game is set far in the future, when human civilization has moved into immense skyscrapers. The levels in these structures distinctly represent the stratification in this future society, as the poor huddle in dark basements while the rich bask in the sunlit penthouses above. The player leads a squad of special operatives charged with keeping the peace in the lower levels. The game can be played from either a first- or third-person point of view, and from this perspective players will control their characters and issue tactical commands to their squadmates.

Project Eden is due out later this year.
