New Suicide Squad Poster Imagines the Villains as Sugary Cereal
Plus, here are 11 new character posters for this summer's action movie.
Warner Bros. has released more character posters for Suicide Squad, spotlighting all of the main villains and more. The posters are pretty striking. The colors and backgrounds contain references to the characters and have a comic book vibe.
Additionally, director David Ayer has released a new Suicide Squad movie poster that imagines the characters, including Joker and Harley Quinn, as sugary cereal. You can see this poster and the character-specific ones in the gallery below.
In other news about Suicide Squad, the official music video for Twenty One Pilots' new song "Heathens," which is on the movie's soundtrack, has been released. The video shows the band members walking through a prison spliced together with footage from the film.
Suicide Squad: The Album will be available on August 5 alongside the movie. The soundtrack contains a pretty eclectic mix of songs, as Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Fortunate Son" is on it, while "Purple Lamborghini" from Skrillex and Rick Ross is also there. Preoders are available now and come with instant access to "Heathens."
Ahead of the movie's release in August, Suicide Squad will have a heavy presence at next month's San Diego Comic-Con. Last week, Warner revealed a wide range of themed events and promotional activity, in addition to appearances from the film's ensemble cast.
