New Uncharted Movie Poster Released As Tickets Go On Sale
Uncharted arrives on February 18.
Sony's next big movie after Spider-Man: No Way Home is Uncharted, starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg. Ahead of its release on February 18, a new IMAX poster has been released, while tickets for the film have now officially gone on sale.
The new IMAX poster shows Holland as Drake falling from a cargo plane in what appears to be one of the film's biggest action sequences. The poster also mentions places like Manhattan, Barcelona, Paris, Rome, Agra, Singapore, and Giza--these are all presumably places Drake will go in the movie. IMAX said some sequences in the Uncharted movie have "26% more picture" on IMAX screens.

Uncharted also stars Antonio Banderas, Sophia Ali, and Tati Gabrielle. It's directed by Ruben Fleischer, who previously made the Sony movies Zombieland and Venom.
Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, who wrote Iron Man, wrote the script for the Uncharted movie. It's not based on any one specific Uncharted game, but it is clearly inspired by key sequences in the games, like Uncharted 3's cargo plane scene.
As for the game series, the Legacy of Thieves Collection is out now on PS5. It bundles together Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy with better graphics and other updates. It will be released on PC later. Looking further ahead, Naughty Dog has said Uncharted 5 is possible, but it's not confirmed.
