New Xbox iPhone Accessories Available Now For Cloud Gaming, Including Backbone One, Razer Kishi
Mobile gamers can now pick up new controllers or battery packs for their favorite Xbox controller.
With Xbox Cloud Gaming coming to iOS devices, it only makes sense that some peripherals also make the jump over to Apple's devices. In a post on Xbox Wire, new iOS-compatible versions of both the Backbone One and the Razer Kishi were announced, along with a new hot-swappable battery pack from OtterBox. With Xbox Cloud Gaming being part of Game Pass Ultimate, these devices will make sure you can take full advantage of the service.

Xbox Backbone One
$100
If you're familiar with the Android version of the Backbone, its iOS iteration is more of the same. This version of the Backbone One is compatible with all iPhone models as long as they're running iOS version 13 or later.
The controller itself is pretty much plug-and-play, requiring only an app to use properly after you connect your iPhone. Users can also expect some neat bells and whistles with the Backbone One, including the ability to capture gameplay using the controller's Capture Button. From there, users can share footage using the Backbone app.
As an added bonus, if you haven't already subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you'll get three months for free by purchasing the Backbone One on Backbone's own site. This offer only applies to new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members though, so if you're already signed on for the service you won't be getting anything extra. It's also worth noting that new users can currently get three months of Xbox Game Pass for just $1. If you're curious about how this controller performs, check out our Backbone One review.
Razer Kishi
$100
At this point, the Razer Kishi is a staple in mobile gaming. The compact controller has already proven itself as one of the best options for mobile gaming on Android and iOS devices and will continue to do so. The Xbox-branded version of the controller continues to feature an extremely compact design when it's not hooked up to your device, as well as clickable analog thumbsticks and a lightning port so you can charge your phone during play.
Much like the Xbox Backbone One, anyone who purchases the Razer Kishi for iOS will also get three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free. However, this offer also only applies to new users and is available only with purchases directly from Razer's site.
OtterBox Power Swap Controller Battery
$60
If you're not one for mobile phone controllers and carry around an Xbox Wireless Controllercontroller with you instead, OtterBox's swappable controller batteries will make gaming on the go much easier. The battery pack, designed for Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S controllers, means you won't have to worry about carrying batteries if your controller is dying. Instead, you can take a small battery pack on the train or bus when you're traveling to keep playing.
The OtterBox Power Swap Controller Batteries can also be hot-swapped thanks to an internal energy cell that keeps your controller alive while you put in a new battery pack. You can pick up the OtterBox Power Swap Controller Batteries from the Microsoft Store today.
