New Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Update Out Now, Reportedly Improves Frame Rate
"Adjustments have been made to make for a more pleasant gaming experience."
A new update for Nintendo's celebrated RPG The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launched today. Update 1.1.1 is out now, and the patch notes are just one line long.
As posted on Nintendo's website, the patch notes read, "Adjustments have been made to make for a more pleasant gaming experience."
That's all Nintendo had to say. However, people are reporting that the update improves the frame rate in different areas, which lines up with the "more pleasant gaming experience."
You need to download the new Breath of the Wild update to continue using the game's online features. If your system is hooked up to the internet, the update will apply automatically.
This is Breath of the Wild's second update. The first came out on March 3 alongside the game, making the Nintendo eShop accessible from the title screen so people can buy the game's DLC pass. Additionally, the March 3 update also made tweaks to allow for a "more pleasant gaming experience."
