Ahead of Nintendo's Legend of Zelda E3 event on Tuesday, some art for the Wii U/NX game has popped up on Amazon. Spotted by Cartridge Games, the image shows Link climbing a rock face, with a sprawling world behind him.

You can see a mountain range and some settlements in the distance, while a volcano is also visible. This appears to be concept art--and it looks quite gorgeous. Take a look:

The new Zelda game is in development for Wii U and NX; both versions are scheduled to come out in 2017, but a release date has not been announced.

Nintendo will showcase the Wii U version at E3 this week; it will be Nintendo's only playable title at E3 this year, "in order to provide attendees a complete immersion."

The Legend of Zelda (working title) was originally scheduled to launch for Wii U in 2015. The title was initially delayed to give its development team more time to realize "several new possibilities" for the game.

Nintendo will showcase new footage for The Legend of Zelda's Wii U version on Tuesday, June 14, starting at 9 AM PST as part of a Treehouse Live event. The company will also show more of Pokemon Sun/Moon and Pokemon Go as part of this event.
