The original story is below.

One of the surprises from tonight's Game Awards has been revealed early. A YouTube video that went up today but has since been taken down (via NeoGAF) reveals that the four fighters in Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2 are Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Xenomorph (Alien), Bo Rai Cho (drunken fist master) and Tri-Borg (combination of Cyrax, Sektor, and Robot Smoke).

You can still watch the announcement video over at AllGamesBeta. These four characters will be released in the first quarter of 2016; pricing was not announced, but the first Kombat Pack sold for $30.

We'll update this post later tonight when the announcement is presumably made at The Game Awards. You can watch the two-hour show right here on GameSpot.

Mortal Kombat X was originally released in April 2015 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. DLC characters released so far have included Jason Voorhees, Predator, Tanya, and Tremor.

The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the fighting game have been canceled.
