Niko Bellic returns in GTAV for Collector's Edition owners

This game looks to be back to the old PS2 games of fun, criminal behaviour and random encounters. Forget number 4 and look to the future.

If i play as Niko, will Roman be still calling me and asking me out for bowling?

If so, i don't wanna play with Niko.

gta 4 wasnt exactly the best game in the gta franchise but i dont why nico gettting so much hate .... i really liked him .. got me gta failed as a sandbox game and not because of the characters

will nikos special ability be a special phone or call your friends to go bowling lol

When it's eventually announced for the PC, all this extra content won't matter much, because modders will create much more and perhaps even better stuff.

why do we have to pay extra! $60 is already way too much as it is.

They should allow you to design your own characters by uploading a picture, even of your own face.

Still pretty cool though. I don't usually endorse such 'bonuses' due to fairness but at least it's relevant to the history of GTA. Pretty neat.

So you can't actually play as Niko or Claude, you can just use them as a template for your character?.

And/Or your character inherits parts of the one you choose and then you fine tune the character the way you want on a slider?

Only ask because Shaun Mcinnis said it was more detailed than that.

You won't even notice the character your playing from all the blowing up and driving you'll be doing. Not to mention a lot of people will look the same as you.

I didn´t know about the ability of each character it look interesting because this could be a factor to decide when and who to swap in a mission, and claude is back, at least in multiplayer, my favorite GTA character even he doesn´t speak he was the first badass and for me the cold one of any GTA character i mean that guy kill even his friends

Now I normally defend Rockstar and their games. I love 95% of the games they have released thus far but I am hoping GTA 5 isn't the start of a money grab. When companies start excluding ingame items like weapons to include in "special editions" or for DLC, I start to question those companies. I have GTA 5 preordered but I hope the standard edition of the game feels complete.

Again, unlike most game developers, I've always felt that a Rockstar game was worth more than $60 and I hope that trend continues.

I want to play as Claud, but will just wait for him to be some DLC. Not going to buy collectors edition just for that. O_O VERY VERY TEMPTING though!

I want tommy vercetti,CJ ,niko and the guy from gta 3 as dlc characters.Called it a legacy pack i'll gladly buy it .And yea i would love to see clukin bell once more xD

@Kristan1711 I was going to, but there is so much else coming out this season I had to downgrade to the 80 dollar one.

I originally pre ordered the collectors edition but then saw that their abilities recharge 25% faster. I immediately changed my pre order to the standard edition I don't want it to be easier to play because I payed more.

I'm thinking about going for the Special Edition, but I'm pretty sure the seemingly inevitable Complete/GOTY Edition will have all of this and more... But that's a long time to wait. For only $20 extra, it might be worth it to buy it now.

I guess Rockstar felt bad about how Niko reacted to GTAV.
