The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask HD for 3DS Confirmed
Long-rumored and finally confirmed, Nintendo announced that the cult-favorite puzzle mystery entry in the Zelda franchise will come to 3DS Spring 2015.
More Details for Code Name: STEAM
We'll have the full trailer for the game embedded above soon, but Nintendo spent a good portion of the presentation laying out the combat for their action RTS Code Name: STEAM. Available Spring 2015.
Nintendo announced the game at E3 earlier this year as a 3DS exclusive created in collaboration with Fire Emblem developer Intelligent Systems.
3DS Version of NES Remix Collection Adds Online Leaderboards
If you decide to pick up the 3DS version of Nintendo's rapdi-fire classic game collection, you'll be able to look forward to online leaderboards, the ability to watch replays of top players, and a nifty NES Remix theme for your 3DS.
Captain Toad Treasure Tracker is Still Adorable
Really. It's crazy cute.
Mario Kart 8 DLC Dated for November 13
You'll be able to dig into the new Mario Kart 8 DLC content soon, and you can read more about it here.
Amiibo integration will take the form of costumes for your Mii Racers.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse Will Have Four-Player Co-Op
Clay-inspired visuals and an unstoppable rolling Kirby, Nintendo revealed that the official title for Kirby's 3DS adventure will be Kirby and the Rainbow Curse.
The game will also feature four-player multiplayer. The other characters will control Waddle Dees, who are able to move of their own free will, and can even pick up Kirby to help bring him to the finish line.
Amiibo Support for Hyrule Warriors
We already knew that Nintendo's Warriors-themed Zelda game would have some kind of Amiibo support, but today we learned that that will be a new item for Link: the Hyrule Spinner -- a gear like item featured in Twilight Princess, the spinner is a spinning-top that you can use to plow through enemies.
Hyrule Warriors will support other Amiibo figurines as well, awarding you with materials, weapons, or rupees when you connect them to your system. If the figurine works in Super Smash Bros., then it'll also give you rewards in Hyrule Warriors.
New Street Pass Puzzle Incoming
It'll be Sonic themed.
Mario and Luigi Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Costumes Coming to the US
The plumber-themed Felyne costumes were revealed a while back, but now the quirky outfits are confirmed for release outside of Japan as well to Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.
Pikmin Animated Shorts from Miyamoto
Mario and Zelda creator Shigeru Miyamoto is dabbling in animation with some Pikmin-themed shorts. You can also access a demo for Pikmin 3 now, and your progress carries over to the full game. The animated shorts will be available for $5.
New Footage for Xenoblade Chronicles X
Xenoblade Chronicles X will be set in the city of New Los Angeles, and the game will be significantly larger than the original Xenoblade Chronicles for Wii.
Colorful Shooter Splatoon Include Single-Player Campaign
In case you were worried that Nintendo's third-person shooter Splatoon would be a multiplayer-only affair, Iwata confirmed that the game will also have a single-player story. It will focus on "nature's epic battle" between squid and octopus.
