NPD PC game sales charts

New releases dominate the PC chart for the month of May, while the leaders in the weekly chart are holding steady.

Comments

With two games in The Sims series and Rise of Nations holding on to the sales lead, there was little change at the top of this week's PC chart from The NPD Group. However, the box-office success of Pixar's computer-animated movie Finding Nemo has evidently carried over to game sales, as a second Finding Nemo game entered the sales chart this week. The overall rankings for the month of May show that it was a strong period for new PC releases, as five of the top six games are new.
